Experience Carmel Valley where the climate is tempered by the ocean just 15 minutes away. Our RV village offers 30-amp hook-ups, restrooms, free hot showers, wifi, cable, playground and we are pet-friendly.
You can also enjoy our sparkling pool in the months of May to October. RV max length is up to 30ft.

Camping Sites
Pitch your tent on our cozy mountain amongst the trees and beautiful settings. Enjoy a short walk to our sparkling pool where you can relax under the gazebo with a propane fire pit. We also have fire pits (burning Duraflame logs only) for your campsite use as you gaze at the stars.
Free hot showers/bathrooms are for our Saddle campers to use, and when you camp with us you can indulge in amenities such as ping pong, horseshoe pits, badminton or check out a board game.
We welcome guests to try our Saddle Mountain trail up into the forest with beautiful views. Can’t wait to see you!

Activities
Saddle Mountain has over five miles of hiking trails leading all the way to the very top of the mountain. There are incredible vistas all along the trail as you make your way up through our enchanted forest. The real reward is found 2.5 miles up the trail to the very tippy top of the mountain where you will find 360 degree views of the mountains of Big Sur, Carmel Valley and the Pacific Ocean.

We have been coming here for years RV camping. It’s very peaceful in Carmel Valley. The grounds are up against the mountain and there is a trail to climb to the top and take in the breathtaking view!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. You’re 5 minutes from Carmel-By-The-Sea and 10 minutes from Monterey. Full hooks and tent sites. This has a beautiful pool area. If you’re looking for a bougie RV park … this is not it!!!!
This is such a great spot! The house my family and I stayed in had a tiny home like set up (which was perfect for me because I’m obsessed with them) with a sleeping loft and living area combined with the kitchen and dining area. It was sooo cozy and charming but also surprisingly roomy for the 5 of us! The loft had decently high ceilings so it felt more comfortable to sleep up there compared to other sleeping lofts I’ve been in and the mattress was so comfortable. We had a cute side yard set up that felt surprisingly private given there were other houses on the lot. This location is not far from downtown but away from the craziness in a more rural spot near lots of good hiking trails. About as glamorous as glamping can get! I’ll definitely be back, maybe for a luxury tent next time.
We stayed at Saddle Mountain RV park for 3 nights in an RV. It was quite the find. We loved everything about this place. The bathrooms and showers were very clean, the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The park has a beautiful pool and the grounds are beautiful. There are many areas to sit with gas firepits under gazebos for evening socializing. Do not hesitate to stay here.
A hidden gem! Very clean, quiet, amazing pool, fire pits, and games for all. RV sites with full hook ups, dry tent camp sites all up the valley from the beach so your not under the marine layer freezing mid day. A great place to stay! We will be back…
