I had just journey with vietjet air before two days very bad experience on singapore airport they didn’t co-operate us ,the staff was totally bad and rude ,I will recommend to all people don’t travel with vietjet air airlines , they took extra money 30k by us .

Do not pick this airline! They robbed you. A person walking around and tell you that your carry on is over size or over weight. Even though you already have tagged at check in. Obey you to pay for it. This is all BS. I end up paying $520k for 2 kilo overweight. I suspect that the money end up with all the corruption people. Very disappointed with this airline

Poor customer service –
We had booked a flight from Da nang to Da lat, Vietnam in October 2022. The airlines delayed the flight by 1day and send the update via email. The 1-day delay didn’t suit our plans, as all our bookings were already in place for the week. Hence we had no choice but to cancel it. As per the email, if we cancel, we can get a refund only in the form of a Credit shell, which we can use later. However, this was of no use to us, as there were no other flights for the same day and we had to make another booking with another airline instead. Hence, we requested Viet jet to cancel and give us a full amount refund in our bank account directly. However, even post multiple emails and calls the airlines declined for the same and still insists on a credit shell.

Poor seats
When we traveled to Vietnam from Mumbai, the airfare was quite high and the seats are extremely small and uncomfortable. It didn’t even fit our legs properly. Overall a very poor airline

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Booked ticket with travel insurance. Got COVID. Company agreed to pay refund as their Terms allowed. Didn’t get the refund but a credit. Complained several times, but get refused saying “tickets cannot be refunded”. But their travel insurance say I can get cash return. You will NEVER get hold of a real person at customer support. They make a living of scam and fraud, not from flying. Do not recommend.

Prices are very good. Crew polite. Flight from Quy Nhon to Saigon. Booked flight for 16:00. Delayed until 23:30. Seems the airline doesn’t have a cushion to allow for inevitable holdups . Vietjet delays in June officially recorded 26% delays. On the positive side, they did ‘upgrade’ me toa better seat.
